Your use of the Omerr Brand Website https://omerr.in /(the “Website”) and all features provided in the Site are governed by the terms and conditions mentioned below (“these Terms”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are subject to change from time to time. Hence, you are requested to refer to these Terms from time to time on notice of change being given to you. Your continued use of this Website will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours/2 business days with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

All Orders are shipped from Mumbai, India.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 5 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.

While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your complete order within 16 working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, email us at omerrjewellery@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. For returns, please refer to the Return policy.

Omerr strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however, errors may occur. Omerr cannot confirm the price of the product until you make the order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, Omerr shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been delivered or if the invoice of the Order is generated. In the event a product is wrongly priced, Omerr may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been delivered, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Omerr will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address / mobile number provided by you during the time of registration or placing of order, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Omerr accepts your order and you are debited for the price, the payment may be processed prior to the dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If Omerr has to cancel the order after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed to your credit/debit card account.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS PROVIDED OR OFFERED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF Omerr jewellery & accessories

Omerr may revise and cease to make available any product at any time. In the event, Omerr is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by email and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. Omerr shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
