Return Policy

Returns & replacements will be accepted only within 3 days once the Order is delivered, post of which will not be eligible for returns or refunds

To further process for a refund or replacement, we request you to send us clear snapshots of the items received in the shipment, waybill, invoice on omerrjewellery@gmail.com (you will receive a response within 24 hours once we receive the query).

We do not have a cancellation policy, once the Order is shipped (prepaid or cash on delivery) there will be no returns except on cases below.

Omerr is  a homegrown brand, each Order is manually and specifically monitored and packed with care. Chances for missing items or wrong items to be shipped is less likely.

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:

​

  • Genuine breakage issues.

​

  • Packages lost in transit.

​

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

​

Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

​

Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

​

Package refused by recipient.

​

Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

​

Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade/cast made and use base materials as bronze, so there may be slight variation from the photographs on our website.

If the jewellery/accessories are not faulty or damaged.
